3. Scope of Services
Patel Infraa provides the following services:
- Prefabricated Containers
- Portable Cabins
- Modular Buildings
- Onsite Fabrication & Installation
- Structural Steel Works
- Custom Engineering Solutions
All products and services are subject to technical feasibility and written confirmation from the company.
4. Quotations & Pricing
- All quotations are valid for 15–30 days unless otherwise specified.
- Prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
- Transportation, loading/unloading, crane charges, and site expenses are extra unless clearly mentioned.
- Any change in project scope will require revised pricing and written confirmation.
5. Payment Terms
A. Container Projects
- 50% Advance at order confirmation
- 50% Before Dispatch
B. Onsite Work
- 50% Advance
- 40% At Material Dispatch
- 10% At Project Handover
Work execution and dispatch of materials are strictly subject to payment compliance.
6. Delivery & Timelines
- Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on material availability.
- Delays caused by force majeure conditions are beyond our control.
- Client-side delays including approvals, site readiness, or payment delays may affect delivery timelines.
- Risk transfers to the client once the product is dispatched from our facility.
7. Site Responsibilities
For onsite fabrication or installation projects, the client must ensure:
- Clear and accessible site conditions
- Availability of power, water, and basic utilities
- Local permissions and statutory approvals
- Safe working environment for project execution
Any delays or complications due to site conditions may result in additional charges.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, technical drawings, engineering layouts, and documentation created by Patel Infraa remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Limitation of Liability
The company shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Business losses or operational delays
- Third-party claims arising from improper product use
The maximum liability of the company shall not exceed the total project invoice value.
10. Force Majeure
The company shall not be responsible for delays caused by events beyond its control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Strikes or labour disruptions
- Transport interruptions
- Pandemics or unforeseen global events
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
12. Amendments
Patel Infraa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon publication on the website.
